Volusia County CAN wipe out youth hunger and homelessness by 2020.
Most people are stunned to learn that there are 2,032 children in our public schools who live with the fear and uncertainty of hunger and homelessness. These children arrive at school hungry. And when it is time to go home, they just go….somewhere. Most people agree this is unacceptable. Yet most people don’t know what to do, or how to help.
But some people have come together with a vision, a plan, a mission. Together – and with your help – youth hunger and homelessness can be eliminated in Volusia County by 2020.
No child should go to school hungry. Every child should be able to “go home” after school. Your generous donation will help make that happen.
And 100% of your donation will go directly to help feed and shelter these children: No administrative costs. Zero.
May the love and spirit of the holiday season warm your heart. Give generously. Because with your help, Volusia County can eliminate youth hunger and homelessness by 2020. And that’s not a minute too soon.
