Osceola Elementary

Osceola provides after school tutoring, and homework help. We also provide snack to students in our program as well as dinner on Thursdays.

The KidsZone program meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:45-3:45pm.  There are currently 36 students in the program.  

Tutors provide enrichment to individual students as well as remediation through the use of technology. We utilize programs such as Success Maker, Learningfarm.com, and Zearn to make learning gains on individual student needs. We have attended the Embry Riddle Basketball game and look forward to attending the End of the Year trip that FBH provides. We have also taken a field trip to Ormond Lanes as showing 50% growth on i-Ready diagnostics assessments.

The goal of Osceola's KidsZone program is providing individualized learning to students that need remediation and enrichment and building positive relationships with students to give encouragement and mentorship for students in need.
