DAYTONA, March 5, 2014 -- Volusia County Panera Bread stores are collecting donations for Food Brings Hope (FBH). Diners can make donations at the register when placing their orders for six months in 2014, including the month of March.
"We are so appreciative of Panera Bread, its employees and its customers for supporting our effort to break the hunger cycle among VolusiaCounty school children," said Forough B. Hosseini, founder and chair of FBH. "It's an honor to be the beneficiary of such generosity from an organization like Panera that not only serves nutritious meals but also does so much in the communities it operates in."
The participating Panera locations, which are owned and operated by the Covelli Family Limited Partnership, a franchisee of Panera Bread, LLC, are as follows:
"Panera Bread is very excited to be partnering with Food Brings Hope in VolusiaCounty," said Dana Trabulsy, director of Marketing and Public Relations for Covelli Family Limited Partnership. "Their mission of helping the community meet their most basic needs and giving every child the opportunity to fulfill their potential is right in line with how we strive to serve our charities. This feels like a natural fit."
The community is invited to visit a Panera Bread store and enjoy offerings from their delicious menu and make a contribution of any amount to FBH where 100% of all donations go directly to programs that serve VolusiaCounty school children.
