Ed Noseworthy

Ed Noseworthy, CEO of Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, a 327-bed, not-for-profit Adventist Health System hospital located in Daytona Beach, joined the team in January 2016. Ed previously led Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida for more than four years as President and CEO. He also served at Florida Hospital East Orlando as administrator for nearly seven years. 

Having served the Adventist Health System for more than 30 years, Ed has held various roles including administrator Florida Hospital DeLand, administrative director of management and support services at Florida Hospital Celebration Health, and 15 years as administrative director of nutritional services at Florida Hospital and associate director of nutritional services at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital.

 

Ed has a proven track record of exemplary leadership driven by his passion and dedication to the mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ. Most recently, under his leadership, Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center opened a Transitional Care Unit at Florida Hospital Oceanside, as well as a new Level II NICU and Center for Health and Wellness expansion. The hospital also began a $10 million construction project to add 24 inpatient beds for women and 10 inpatient pediatric beds and was the only hospital in the area to be named one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals® by Truven Health AnalyticsTM, a leading provider of data-driven analytics and solutions to improve the cost and quality of healthcare. 

 

Ed earned his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration on Health Care Administration, from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
